Faith that Walks
Take a few days away with your female friends in the Sevierville, TN, area May 4-6. Over the course of these 3 days, you will be encouraged to put feet to your faith as we study Biblical accounts. The beautiful background of the Smokies will be visible as we worship together. Activities, time to shop in town, laughing with new and old friends, and conversing over mealtime are just some of the incredible experiences you will participate in!
What to Expect:
Activities
The three days will be packed in the most refreshing way possible! Time will be built in to shop or explore the area. The cabin has a swimming pool, and you cannot be in the mountains without some outdoor time. Four meals will be provided over your stay along with a craft time and games. Being close to Mother's Day, there will be something special for mother/daughter groups who attend! When was the last time you had a fun slumber party?!
Atmosphere
We will be staying at a beautiful 3-story cabin with a view of the gorgeous Smoky Mountains. Picture mountain retreat~ calm, relaxing and beautiful.
You will return home feeling a combination of a giant exhale and an urgency to take steps!
Each room will have access to its own bathroom. Room occupancy varies. The largest room sleeps 8 ladies.
Services
Multiple times throughout the retreat, we will gather for a time of Biblical teaching, prayer and live worship.
Faith that Walks is all about taking action. Remember how Peter was able to temporarily take steps on the water? He took a step out of the boat he was in! And how did he begin to sink? He took His eyes off Jesus and his faith dipped. Our focus this weekend will be staying locked in on our Savior and bravely taking steps!
